Common installation issues

If you see a security warning during Android installation, it's because we distribute the APK directly rather than through a store. To proceed, go to Settings > Security > Unknown sources and enable it temporarily. This allows you to install apps from sources outside the Google Play Store. After installation, you can disable it again. For iOS, if the add-to-home-screen shortcut doesn't work, clear your Safari cache and try again. Some older devices may experience slower load times on live-dealer streams; in that case, reduce video quality in the app settings or use the web version instead. If you forget your pedia4d password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset it via email or phone.

Data, permissions, and account security
